AGR~M~NT BET~gEK~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
CITY OF SAN BRUNO, JOI~TLY, AND JOHN E. EST]i~S
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter
into an agreement with John E. Estes, civil engineer, in the form presented to s aid, City
Council by said John E. Estes wherein the City of South San Francisco and the ~ity of San
Bruno are parties of the first part and ~ohn 2. Estes is the party of the second part.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of said
City and under its seal, to execute the contract hereby authorized.
i hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco this 13th day of January, 1947, by
the following vote:
