ACCEPTING DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO [AND & I~P. CO.
PORTION OF PARCEL 6A, ZONE D
RESOLVED by the City Council of the 0ity of South San Francisco that said city hereby
accepts that certain deed dated the 8th day of January, 194V, wherein South San Francisco
Land and Improvement Company, a cOrporation, conveys to s aid City of South San Francisco an
easement for the construction and maintenance of a public street or highway in an~ upon all
that certain real property situate in the City of South San ~rancisco, County of San i~'iateo,
State of California, and described as follows:
Ali that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears E..V4° 2V' W. 368 feet from the soutt~esterly
corner of that certain 0.904 acre tract of land described' in~ Deed from J. A. Johansen and
Hazel E. Johansen, his wife, to Earl H. ~orse and Hamel G. ~,~orse~ his wife, by Deed dated
and recorded Januar~ 2' 1~46- kecorder's File i~o. B0245F~ Records of
December 3, 1945, ~ , ~' · ~
San Mateo County, California; running thence from said point of beginning ~. 15° 33,~ E. l15V.62
feet to a point; thence N,.V4° 27' W. 60 feet to a point, thence S.15° 33' W. ll5V.62
feet to a point, thence ~. V4° 2V' E. 60 feet to the point of beginning; containin~
1.595 acres of land more or' less and being a portion of Parcel 6A, Zone D, of the official
Map of the City of South San Francisco.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a ceEtified co~.y of
this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County i[ecorder of San Nateo .Oounty,
California.
