A RESOLUTION VACATING THE RESQLUTION OF INTENTION TO IMPROVE
C0~J~ERCIAL AVENUE BET~VEEN 0At[ AVENUE AND CHESTNUT AVENUE
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ON T~ 30TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1946
RESOLVED by the C.it~ Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution of
Intention No. 1166 entitled- A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco declaring its intention to improve Commercial Avenue between the easterly line of
Oak Avenue and the westerly line of Chestnut Avenue". adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco on the Z0th day of December,~i945, be, and the same hereby is vacated
and set 'aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the Oity of South San Francisco this lZth day of January, 1947 by the
follow,ins vote:
