TO ENTER INT0 AGRE~Z~ENT WITH MARK LARWOOD
FOR REAPPRAISAL'~ SURVEY
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter
into an agreement with Mark "arwood wherein said i~ark Larwood shall agree to furnish to said
city the positive photostatic prints of each appraisal sheet, in the office of the Assessor of
the County of Sau Mateo, State of California, which affects and pertains to property in said
City of South San Francisco. Said prints shall be prints of said appraisal sheets as they
pertain to property in said City of South San Francisco to and including the first i~ionday of
March, 194V, although .such appraisal sheets may be prepared and filed in the office of said
Assessor after said last mentioned date. Said ~ark Larwood shall indicate the appraisal values,
as made b~ said assessor on each appraisal of land in said city, on map to be furnished by
said city& Said work shall be completed by said ~ark Larwood not later than ~ay l, 1947. For
his work, said ~Iark Larwood shall receive the cost of all labor and material used by him in
said work, and, in addition thereto, .265 per cent of the aggregate costs of such labor and
materials. In no event shall the entire cost of said work, including labor and material,
e~ceed the sum of Five Thousand ~ollars ($5,000.00). Payment for said work shall be made by
said city not later than December, 1947.
