VACATING RESOLUTIONS #1151 AND #i162 REFERRING TO
IMPROVEmeNT OF SECOND LANE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution of
Intention No. llS1, adopted by the City Council on the 12th day of November, 19,6, and the Resolution
ordering said work to be done, adopted on the ~Oth day of December, 1946, be and the same hereby are
vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify ~that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 2Vth day of January, 19A7, by
the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen: G.W. Holston, Charles K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
