CONVEYING EASE~IENT F01{ ST0?tN SET~ER
RESOLVED BY TI-~E CITY COUNCIL of the .City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accept
that certain deed dated the 3rd ~ay of February, 1947, wherein CALIFORNIA PACIFIC TITLE INSURANCE
C0~;~PANY, a California corporation, conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement for
storm sewer five (5) feet wide across Lots ll and 12 of Olock 13 and Lot 7. of Block 14, as those
lots and blocks are shown on the map entitled ",SECTION WEST 03 RAILROAD OF THE T0~.~N OF BADEN",
recorded l~ovember 30, I891, in Book E-62 arxl a copy thereof entered in Book 19 of ~aps at page 8,
lying 2.5 feet on each side of the following described center line and extensions thereto:
BEGI'~]~ING at a point on the northeasterly line of "C" Street, as sho~n on the aforemention~
mSp~ distant thereon ~.0 feet southeasterly from the most westerly corner of said ~ot-ll of

Block l~; thence ~ortheasterly to a pomnt on the southwesterly line of that certain strip of land
~0 feet wide, owned by the City and County of San Francisco, formerly o~a~ed by ~arket Street
nailway Co., which point is ~.0 feet southeasterly from an extension to the northwesterly line of
Lot ~ of Block l~, measured at right angles thereto.
~pting that protion lying in "D" street as deliaeated on above mentioned map.
~eserving to the grantor the right to construct over and across said easement any
building or dwelling house, garage or ap~,urtenance thereto.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the deed, together with a certified copy of
this resoi~ution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
~ateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the Oity of South Oan Francisco, this Srd day of February, 19~7, by the
following vote:
