ACCEPTING DEED FROM D AVID TAYLOR RAY CONVEYING EASE~NT
FOR STORM S~¢ER
RNSOLV~ by the Oity Council of the Oity of Youth San Francisco that said city hereby
acce'pts that certain deed dated the Zrd day of February, 1947, wherein David Taylor Ray
conveys to said ~ity of South ~an Francisco an easement for the construction and maintenance of
a storm water sewer in and throu~ the following described land, to wit:
A strip of land five ($) feet in width, bordering upon the weste~rly side of the
easterly boundary line of Lot nUmbered Five ($) in Block numbere~ Eleven (ll),as said Lot is
shown upon that certa~Ln map entitled: "SECTION WEST OF RAILROAD OF TOWN OF BADEN, PARTY OF
RANCHO BURI BURI, SAN ~tgTE0 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the
County'~ecorder of the County of San ~,~ateo, State of California, on the ~0th day of
~ovember, 1891, and recorded in Book "E" of ~aps at page 6~.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this deed, together ?~ith a certified
copy of this resolution to be recormed in the office of the County Z~ecorder of the County of
~an Mateo, State of California. '
