RESOLUTION NO. 1185
ACCEPTING DEED FROM JIM LARICCHIA CONVEYING EASEMENT FOR
STORM S~JER
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco that said city
hereby accepts that certain deed dated February 3rd, 19~7, wherein Jim Laricchia conveys
to said City of ~outh San Francisco an easement for the conmtruction and maintenance of a
storm water sewer in and through the following described land, to wit:.
A strip Of land five feet (0.) in width bordering upon the northerly side of
the southerly boundary line of Lot numbered One (1) in Block numbered mleven (ll) as
shown upon that certain map hereinafter mentioned, and a strip of land f~ive feet 15' )
in width bordering upon the westerly side of the easterly boundary line of said lots
numbered One (1) and Three (3) in said Block numbered Eleven (11), as shown upon that
certain map entitled: "SECTION ~EST OF RAILROAD OF TOWN 0F BADEN, PART OF RANCHO BURI
BURI, SAN MATE0 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in 'the office of the Recorder
of the County of San Idateo, State of California, on the 30th day of November, 1891, and
recorded in Book E of ~aps at page 62 thereof.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this deed, together with a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San ~'.,~ateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of February,
19~7, by the following vote:
