RESOLVED BY the City Council of the 0it~ of South San Francisco that the reEolution

of intention entitled: "A resolution of the City ~ouncil of the City of ~outh San ranczsco
declaring its intention to improVe Commercial Avenue between the easterly line of Oak Ave.
and the westerly line of Chestnut Avenue", adopted January 13, 1947~ be, and the same is
hereby vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing re~olution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City ~ouncil on the 10th day of February, 194'7, by the following vote:
