STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A CHILD CARE FACILITIES NEXUS
FEE STUDY TO BRION AND ASSOCIATES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $36,420.00
WHEREAS, staff recommends awarding a contract for the Development of a child care
facilities nexus fee study to Brion and Associates in the amount of $36,420.00; and
WHEREAS, the project will be funded by the South San Francisco 2000-2001
Redevelopment Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby awards a contract for the development of a child care facilities
.... nexus fee study to Brion and Associates in the amount of $36,420.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
13th day of December , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Karyl Matsumoto and John R. Penna,
Vice Chair Eugene R. Mullin and Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
