CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets of said city upon the
property declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in resolution of intention No.
lO&3,~which resolution of intention is entitled: "A resolution of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco declaring its intention to improve the streets of the subdivision in said city of~South San
Francisco known as Brentwood", adopted by said city council on the 22nd day of August, 19&5;
THEREFORE, RESOLVE~ by said city council that said assessment be, and the same hereby is confirmE
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor who p~
formed the work mentioned in said resolution of intention, said assessment, to which shall be attached a
warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said assessment, in
the form required by law.~
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and Sdopted by %he City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 8th day of March, 19~7, by the following vote:

Noes, Councilmen, None
