.AWARDING CONTRACT FOR F~JRNISHINGGPIPE AND OTHER
MATERIALS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SiN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session, on the 17th day o
March, 1947, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for furnishing the pipe and other
materials in the City of South San Francisco mentioned in the resolution providing for notice inviting sealed
p~oposals or hide for furnishing the pipe and other materials in the ~ity of South San Francisco mentioned in
the resolution providing for notice inviting sealed proposals for furnishing p~pe and other materials to the
City of South San Francisco, which resolution was adopted by said City Council on the 20th day of February,
1947, to which resolution reference is hereby made for the designation for the said pipe and material;
RESOLVED that the City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids,, except the next hereinaft~
mentioned and hereby awards the contract for furnishing said pipe andmaterials to the lowest responsible Bide
to wit:
TATaHOLBROOK, INC.
at the prices named in its bid, to wit:
The prices apecified on the two bids of said Tay-Holbrook, Inc. on file in the office of the City C]
of said city, which bids aggregate in the amount of $2391.30.
The mayor and the city clerk of saidcity are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract
said successful bidder.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Coun
of the City of South San Francisco this 17th day of March, 19~7, by the following vote:
