REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT (ENRA)
BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE
BORBA FAMILY
WHEREAS, the approval of the Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with the Borba
family will provide the basis for negotiating a Disposition and Development Agreement which
will provide for the exchange of property and will result in a new retail store on Grand Avenue
and additional interim parking for the downtown.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Agency hereby authorizes the execution of an Exclusive
Negotiating Rights Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and the Borba family.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
14th day of March, 2001 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Pedro Gonzalez and Karyl Matsumoto, Vice Chair Eugene
R. Mullin and Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Boardmember John R. Penna
ABSENT: None
