A" 1/~ ben~.~- ~ RESOLUTION NO. 1203 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONS~T (San Mateo Avenue Light) ~VHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Bruno did on the 22nd day of January, 1947, adopt a proposed Resolution of Intention designated No. 3985, under the p~ovisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", as amended which said proposed Resoluti, proposes the construction of certain public improvements therein described, AND WHEREAS a portion of the work to be done and improvement to be ma~e and a portion of the district to be assessed 'for the aforesaid construction and public improvements ~d. ll extend ,al. thin and into the incorporated territory of the City of ~South San Francisco and sa~d City Council of s~id City of San Bruno having requested the consent of this .City Council thereto, 152 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that the public intere and convenience require the making of the public improvements described in said proposed Resolution of Intention above referre~ to, in the manner therein set forth, and that all of the lands included within the assessment district described in said propo. Resolution of Intention will be benefitted by said proposed public improvements, wherefore, this City Council hereby gives its consent to the formation of the assessment district described in said proposed Resolution of Intention, to the making of the improvement therein described, and to the assumption of Jurisdiction by the City Council of the City of San Brun6, for all purposes in connection with the formation of said assessment district and the making of said improvement. The clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the City Council of the City of San Bruno. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and. regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a r~gular meeting thereof held April 7th, 19&7, A.
