A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISUO REFE~RING TO THE CITY PL;cV~ING CO~ZIS$ION A
CERTAIN AREA OF LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF R?,ZONING
RESOLV~ED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Planning Commission of said
City ~e, and hereby is required to consider the area of land hereinafter described, '~ith a view to rezoning the
same and that said City Planning Co~mission recommend to said City Council the regulations and restrictions to
be emphasized therein with prospect to the purposes forwhich said area.may be used in the event said area may be
rezoned,
Said City Planning Commission is hereby instructed to m~ke a tentative report with respect to said area of
l~nd and to hold aipublic hearing on the 30th day of April, 19A7, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Council
Chamber of the city Hall Of said city. After ho%ding such hearing, said City Plmming Commission shall submit'
its final report with respect to said area. of land.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all those certain lots or parcels of ]~nd situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Nateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered one (1) to eight (8), inclusive, in block numbered one (1); lots numbered nineteen (19) to
twenty-three (2.3), inclusive, in block numt,ered two (2); lot n~nbered sixteen (16) in block numbered eleven (1!);
and all the lan. d designated as parcel A, all as shown upon that certain map entitled: "RANCHO ~[~I-BURI SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, .CALIFORNIA," which map was fil~.d in the office of th.~ County Recorder of the County of San ~ateo,
State of Califqrnia, Narch 22, 19A6, and recorded in Book 25 of Naps at pages 28, 29 and 30.
I hereby c.'ertify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South S~n Francisco this 21st day of April, 19A7, by the follo~ing vote:

Noes, Councilmen: None
