AG~T ~ITH JOHN E. ESTES
PRE-TREATMENT PLANT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of. South San Francisco that said city enter into an agreem
wi~h John E. Estes, civil engineer, in the form presented to said City Council by said John E. Estes wherein
City of SouthSan Francisco is the party of the first part and John E. Estes is the party of the second part,
the purpose of plan preparation of the construction of a pre-treatment plant for industrial waste.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement in behalf
said City of South San Francisco.

Ayes: Councilmen, G. W. Holston, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
