The Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to cause to be conspicuously pested in front of all property, in front of which said niisance exists, and not more than one hundred (lOO)feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, notices headed "Notices to Destroy Weeds", in the manner and form required by law. Ail the herein proposed work of abating said nuisance a~ll be done in pursuance of an act ofthe Legislature of the State of California entitled "An act authorizing municipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon streets or sidewalks, or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public nuisance, creating a lien upen the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalRs or upon which such nuisance exists for the costs of abating the same", approved May 26, 1915. I hereby certify that the foregoing resOlution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2Lth day of May, 19~7, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen G. ~.
