FOR BELAIR P~OPERTY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation in the
County of San Mateo, State' of California, that aA~d city make application to ~he War. Assets Administration
Office of Real Property Disposal to acquire the property hereinafter mentioned and situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of Caliform~- solely for the purposes of constructing and
maintaining thereon a sewage disposal plant for the use of a~ City of South San Francisco and for the
use of the City of San Bruno, a municipal corporation adjoining said City of South San Francisco, which
property is described and designated as follows:
BEGINNING at a point common to Section 27, 28, 33 and 3&, Township 3 south, Range 5 ~st,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, r~u~_ing thence north 700 feet; thence east 1815.96 feet to the north-
easterly line of the 1~.50 foot State Highway, U. S. #101, Right-of-Way; thence, north 25° 27' 30" west
along said northeasterly right-of-way line a distance of 11~6 feet to the "True Point of. Beginning" of
the Tract 11 Belair Shipyard; thence continuing along the last mentioned bearing a distance of 90& feet;
thsnce north 55° east a distance of 530 feet; thence north 8&° east a distance of 180 feet; thence south
57 east a distance of 620 feet; thence south 230 20' 3&" west a distance of 139.86 feet; thence north
86° east a distance of 621.06 feet; thence north 68o &5' east a distance of 170 feet to a point on the
southerly boundary of avnavigable slough; thence north 55° 38'. 36" east along said southerly boundary
a distance of 12~4.62 feet; thenc~ south 19° 17' 07" west a distance of &16.17 feet; thence south 59°
52'west a distance of l15& feet; thence south 69° 30' west a distance of 1451 fee~ to the "True Point
of Beginning" of Tract ~I.

Leo Ferko, the mayor of sAAd city, is hereb~~ authorized and directed, in behalf of Said city, to execute any
and all documents which may be necessary to property present to the War Assets A~mlntstration Office of Real
Property Disposal to enable said City of South San Francisco to acquire said property for the purposes here-
inbefore recited.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and ad~pted by the City
Counc$1 of the City of South San Francisco, this 28th day of May, 19~7, by the following vote:
