RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF WEEDS

WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 2Ath day of May, 19~7,
pass its resolution of intention to abate the n~isance caused by weeds growing upon the streets herein
said resolution of intention d~signated; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in fron of all the property upon
the streets.designated as follows:
A Street, Acacia Avenue, A~den Avenue, Armour Avenue, Aspen Avenue, B. Street, Baden Avenue,
Bayshore State Highway, Belmont Avenue, C. Street, California Avenue, Ohapman Avenue, Chestnut Avenue,
Circle Court, Commercial Avenue, D Street, Drake Avenue, Ediaon Avenue, E1 Camino Real, Elm Avenue,
Eucalyptus Avenue, First Avenue, Franklin Avenue, Gardiner Avenue, Grand Avenue, Green Avenue, Highland
Avenue, Hillside Boulevard, Juniper Avenue, Laurel Avenue, Lewis Avenue, Linden Avenue, Locuat Avenue,
Lux Avenue, Madrone Avenue, Magnolia Avenue, Mgple Avenue, Miller Avenue, Olive Avenue, Orange Avenue,
Palm Avenue, Pine Terrace, Poplar Avenue, Railroad Avenue, Randolph Avenue, Second Street, Southwood Drive,
Spruce Avenue, State Highway No. 101, Village ~,~u~alnut Avenue and West Orange Avenue, in said City of
South San Francisco.
The posting of said notices was completed on the l~th day of June, 19&?; and
WHEREAS no~ person has objected, to or protested against the proposed removal of said weeds;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Street ~par£m~eadent
of Said city be, and he is hereby ordere~ to abate said nuisance by baying the weeds referred to in said
resolution of intention removed.
I hereby certify that the foregoingresolution was regularly introduced and adopted this 16th day
of ~une, 19~?, by the Council of the City of South San Francisco by the following vote~
