RF_~OLUTION OF AWARD
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did., 'in open session, on the 7th day ef
July, 1927, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the construction of a conver~enc e
station in the Orange Avenue Park in the City of South San Francisco.
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids, except that next hereinafter
mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the work hereinafter designated to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: Pacific Contractors Co. at the prices named in their bid, to wit: Three Thousand Four Hundred &
Twenty Dollars ($3,&20,00)
All said work shall be done at the location shown upon the plans and specifications for said work, adopted
by the said City Council on the l$th day of.June, 1927, and m~der the direction and to the.satisfaction of the works
engineer of said city.
The Mayer and said city clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of s~id city and under its
seal, te execute the contract hereby awardddr
