HIGH SCHOOL PARK TERRACE NO. 2 SIDEWALKS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the construction of sidewalks and
curbs on Hillside Boulevard in ~the portion of said city known as Highschool Park Terrace No. 2, be, and the same
hereby is approved and said sidewalks and curbs are accepted. In accepting said sidewalks and curbs, it is undo
stood that said city will not be responsible er liable to any one by reason of the failure to construct er com-
plete any main sewers or lateral sewers.
I hereby Certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly passed and adopted by the City Council et
the City of South San Francisco, this 8th day of July, 19&7, by the following vote:
