COURT IMPROVt~IENT ~ORK
RESOLVED by the City Council of. the City of South San Francisco that said City Council hereby
approves and accepts all improvement work actually completed in the portion of said city known as Earn Court,
it being distinctly understood that, in accepting said improvements, said city shall not be responsible or
liable to any one by reason of the failure ~e construct any main sewers or lateral sewers in said subdivisiea.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 8th day of July, 19~7, by the following vote:
