A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO' REFERRING TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION AN AREA OF LAND
IN SAID CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REZONIND
RESOLV~mD by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Planning Commission ef said
City be, and the same hereby is required to consider the area of land hereinafter described, with a v~ew to re-
zoning the same, and that said city planning commission recommem~ to said City Council the regula~£ons and re-
strictions be enforced therein with respect to the purposes for which said area of land may be used, in the event
that said area may be rezoned.
Said City Planning Commission is instructed to make a tentative report with respect to said area of
land and to hold a public hearing thereon on the 16th day of July, 19~7, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in
the Council Cham~er of the City HAll of said city. After holding said hearing, said City Planning Commission
shall submit its final report with respect to said area of land.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all those certain lots or parcels of lan~ situate in
the City of South San Francisco, Coua~yto~ San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered seventy-two (72) and seventy-three (73) as shown upon that certain map entitled:
"South City Village South San Francisco, California", which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder
ef the County of San Mateo, California June 20, 1944, in Book 2~ of Maps at page 22.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 8th day of July, 19A7, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elders, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
