RESOLVED~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city purchase from Burmah
Skrable and Gertrude Skrable the land hereinafter described and pay to said Burmah Skrable and Gertrude Skrable
the sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($5,250.00) therefore.
The Mayer and the City Clerk ar.e hereby authorized to draw a warrant upon the treasury of said city,
payable to said Burmah Skrable~and Gertrude Sk~able in the amount of Four'Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Seven
~o~lars and Fifty Cents ($~,797.50), the same being the amount of said purchase price which is now unpaid.
The land hereinbefore referred to is described as follows: all those certain lots or parcels of land
situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered twenty-six (26) and twenty-seven (27) in Block numbered one hundred fo~rty-one (141), as
shown upon that certain map entitled: "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO CO. CAL.~PLAT NO. 1", which map was filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of. SanMate°, State of California, on March 1, 1592, and re-
corded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.
I hereby certify that the foregoing zesolut~on was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counc
of the City of South S~n Francisco this 9th day of July, 19~7, by the following vote:
