RESOL[~fION NO. 1238
WAIVER - WEST ORANGE AVE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SOUth San Francisco' that said city waive the provisions
of that certain act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled: "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act" with respect to the improvement of that portion of West Orange Avenue from
Railroad Avenue to the South side of the right of way of the Numicipal railway, as to any and all property owned
by said City of South San Francisco and fronting upon said portion of said West Orange Avenue.
The Mayor of said city is hereby directed and authorized to execute the waiver hereinbefore authorize~
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted bythe City Council
of the City of South Sah Francisco, this 9th day of July, 19~7, by the following vote:
