ADOPTING P~DGET WEST ORANGE AVENUE IMPHOVE~,~NT
WHEREAS, a memorandtm~ of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of California
in acco~-dance with a project statement for expenditure of the 1/d cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1948 allocated for
streets of major importance other than State Highways in the City of South San Francisco; and
thereof;
'.'HEREAS, the city council has" heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents
TP~REFO..~E, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that said project
statement'be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the 1/& Cent gas tax allocated for
streets of ~ajor ~.mportance other than State highways, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved end the
mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the
City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
