RESOLUTION NO. 1256
RESOLUTION OF AWARD
~W~EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session on the 18th day
of August, 19A7, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing all the improvement
work described in the resolution of intention No. 1233, whic& resolution of intention was adopted by the City Council
on the 8th day of July, 19A7, to.which~resolution of intention reference is hereby made for a description of said
work and the a~sessment district in said resolution of intention described; and

RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids except that next here-
mentioned, and herebyawards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible
to wit: California Constructors, Inc. & Webber & McCann, at the prices named in their bid, to wit:

The §ity Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of this award conspicuously for five (5) days on
the Council Chamber doot of this City Council~ and also to publish said notice by two (~) insertions in "The Enter-
prise", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City Of South San FranciscQ.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of September, 19~7, by the following vote:
