RESOEUTION NO. 1265
CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTION
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that pursuant and subject to all
the terms, conditions and provisions of the Public Health Act of the State of California, approved March 23, 1907,
and all amendments thereto, application by the City be 'made to the State Board of Public Health of the State of
California, for permit to construct a sewage treatment plant to serve the City of South San Francisco, the City of
San Bruno and adjacent territory, which plant shall consist of grit removal structures, aerator, three sedimenta-
tion tanks, two digestors, a gas holder, sludge beds and appurtenance works, t° be located on a part of Bel Air
Island in said City of South San Francisco, and to discharge into a channel of the Bay of San Francisco about
3,000 feet east of the Bayshore Highway, in said city;
That the Mayor of said City Council be and is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary
data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the name of said City to sign and file such application
wi~h the said State Board of Public Health.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
on the 6th day of October,19AT.
