RESOLUTION OF AWARD
;gHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session on the 20th
day of October, 19&7, publicly open, -examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing all the im-
provement work described in the resolution of intention No. 1255, which resolution of intention was adopted
by the City Council on the 25th day of August, 1927, to which resolution of intention reference is hereby
made for a description of said work and the assessment district in said resolution of intention described;
and
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids except that next
hereinafter mentioned,' and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest res-
ponsible bidder, to wit: L. C. Smith at the prices named in his bid, to wit:

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South Ssn Francisco, this 20th day of October, 19~7, by the following vote:
