A RESOLUTION'APPROVING THE DIAGRAM OF TF~ PROPERTY BENEFITED BY THE
WORK DESCRIBBD IN RESOL~ION OF INTENTION NO. 1189.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the diagram of the property
described ~n resolution of intention No. 1189 entitled: "A reSolution of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco declaring its intenbion to improve Commercial Avenue between the easterly line of Oak Avenue and
the westerly line of Chestnut Avenue", adopted by said City Council February 10, 19&7, as the property affected
or benefited by the work described in said resolution of intention be, and the same hereby is approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted ~a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 27th day of October, 19&7, by the followinE
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesl.
