RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT WORK
PERFORMED UNDERRESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1189.
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
~Franciscowith reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of said city upon the pro~
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in resolution of intention No. 1189 entit
"A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to improve Coo
Avenue between the easterly k[ne of Oak Avenue and the westerly line of Chestnut Avenue", adopted by said
Council on the 10th day of February,
THEREFORE,.RESOLVEDby the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assess~
and the same hereby is confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor ~
formed the improvement work mentioned in said resol,~ion of .l~tention No. 1189, said assessment, to which
attached a warran~ authorizing S~id contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said ass.
