RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING ~r~ORANDUM OF AGREemenT FOR EXPEND-
ITURE OF 1/& CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS~
W~EREAS, ~h9 State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has
presented a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City for expenditure
of the 1/& cent gas tax for the 19&8 fiscal year allocated for State highways, in the City of South San Francisco;

?~EAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said agreement
for expenditure of the 1/& cent gas tax allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 19~7.
