WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session,
on the 17th day of November, 1947, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or
bids for the construction of a small boat pier in said city;
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids, except
that next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards ~he contract for doing said work and improvement
to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: Healy Tibbitts ConstruCtion Company, ~lEht thousand
seven hundred and thirty ($8730.) dollars. , ·
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hrerby authorized and directed to execute a contract
for said work, which contract shall comply~ with the terms and provisions of that certain resolution
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisc9 entitled: "A resolution of the City Oouncil
of the City of South Sa~ Francisco providing f~ acq~i~ing tee use~of a small boat pier by the City
of South San Francisco", which resolution was adopted on the 3rd day of ~ovember, 1~t7.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 17th day of November, 1947, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G.W. Holston, Chas. K. El~e~, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
