RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that GILDO ROZZI, the building
inspector of said City of South San Francisco, and NELLO CERTIBF~I, deputy building inspector, be, and they
hereby are appointed special police officers of said city, to serve without compensation additional to that
which they now receive, or which they may be allowed to receive f~ their services in the offices now held by
them. As such special police officers, their duties shall be to enforce all laws of the State of California
and ordinances of the City of South San Francisco governing or' affecting building construction and any other
construction work in said city and to see that all contractors, who are engaged in any' such work, procure the
licenses required by law and pay the licenses required by law and pay the license taxes required to be paid
by them.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular~meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco~ this 15th day of December, 1947, by
the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G.W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes~, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
