RESOLUTION NO.. 1286
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into sn
agreement with American'LaFrance Foamite Corporation, a corporation, for the purchase of the following apparatus
and equipment:
One American~LaFrance.&-75-J Aerial as described in theproposal and specifications
hereinafter mentioned; and
One American LaFrance Spartan, as described in said proposal and specifications,
for the s,xm of F6rty-Four Thousand Four. Hundred Eighty-~ight and 8&/lO0 'DOllars ($~,&88.~). Said M]rchase .
price shall be payable within thirty (30) days after delivery of said apparatus and equipment t~'~ne City of
South San Francisco, upon the condition that said apparatus shall he approved by the Board of Fire Underwriters
of the State of California. Said appartus shall comply with all requirements of the proposal and spec~ifications
annexed to propesal for furnishing American LaFrance fire apparatus, dated December 15, 19~7, and addressed to
the City of South San Francisco.
The ~ayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in behalf of said city and under
its seal, to,exe cute the Dontract hereby anthorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South'$an Francisco this 17th day of December, 19~7, by the following
vote:
