RESOLUTION NO. 1295
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 3
OF RESOLUTION NO. 976 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: That, notwithstand-
ing the provisions of Section 3 of Resolution No. 976 of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
entitled: "Resolution Amending Section l, 2, and 3 of Rule 1Va, Section 2 of Rule Vll and Section i of Rule X
of the Established Personnel R~les and RegulaDions of the City of South Sam Francisco", ado~pte.d March 5, 19&5
any person who shall have resided continuously in .the City of South San Francisco eighteen (l~) months next
proceeding the-date of filing his application for appointment as a police officer, or a fireman or a public
utility man in the street department, during the months of January, Febmmry, or March, 19&8, shall be eligible
for appointment in the competitive service.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution.~was~regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 19th day of January, 19~8, by the following vote:
