RESOLUTION NO. 1296
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the resolution of said City
Council adopted January 5, 1948, and entitled: "A Resolution Directing and Providing for the Ineurring of
Bonded. Indebtedness of the City of South San Francisco, a Municipal Corporation, ih~ th~.~Counby~of San Mateo,
State of California, in the Sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Five %housand Dollars ($365,000.00), Lawi~A1 Money of the
United States of America, to Pay the Cost of Certain Municipal Improvements in and for said City of South San Fran-
cisco, Authorized at a Special Election-held in said City on the 16th day of September, 19h7, and Providing for
the Issuance of Bonds Evidencing Such Indebtedness, Specifying the Form of Said Bonds, and Providin~ for a Tax
Levy for the Payment Thereof~ and Creating a Municipal Improvement Bond Sinking ~mnd", be~ amd the same hereby is
vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City ~uncil
of the City of South San Francisco on the 19th day of January, 1948, by the following vote:
