RESOLUTION NO. 1305
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of S~uth San Francisco that said city enter into an agreement
with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, designated as Contract No. 13578, S. C. Circuit - 139&, said agree-
ment to be effective as of November 19, 19&7, for the use b~ said city of one channel connecting privately owned
signal equipment for the Fire Department of said city at the p~acem designated in said contract No. 13578, and on the
terms and conditions set forth in said contract.
The Mayor of said city is hereby authorized and directed in behalf of said city to execute said agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held on the 2nd day of February, 1928, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G. 9. Holston, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko
