RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city accept the deed
dated January.[,~, 1928, wherein VICTORFEUDALE and PHYLLIS FE'JDALE, ~his wife, conveyed to said City of South San
Francisco an easement for the construction of storm s~ewers in and through the following described property:
A portion of Lot 13, Block 2, as said lot and Block are designated on that
map entitled: "PARKWAY TERRACE, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CN~IFORNIA", recorded
December 23, 1925, at pages 63 and 6~ in Book 14 of Maps, San Mateo County
Records, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land five (5) feet wide, the northerly boundary being the northerly boundary of the
above mentioned lot 13 and the southerly boundary being parrallel to and distant southerly five (5) feet,
measured at right angles, from the above mentioned northerly boundary of lot 13; the ends of said strip being
portions of the easterly and westerly boundaries of above mentioned tot 13.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South an Francisco, held on the 2nd day of February 19&8, by the
following vote:
Ayes; Councilmen G. W. Holston, Adolph Sar_i, Emilio Cortesi
Noes; Councilmen None
Absent; Councilmen Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko
