RESOLUTION GRANTING CONSENT
'~HEREAS, the City ~ouncil of the City of San Bruno did on the 28th day of January, 19A8, adopt a
proposed Resolution designated No. &O&8, under the provisions of the ,Improvement Act of 1911", as amended which
said proposed Resolution proposes the construction of certain public improvements therein described,
AND ~THE ~HEAS a portion of the work to be done and improvemeht to be made and a portion of the dist~
to be assessed for the aforesaid construction and public improvements will extend within and into the incorporat~
territory of the City of South San Francisco and said City Oouncil of ~aid City of San Bruno having requested the
consent of this City Council thereto,
NOW,. TH~%EFOR~, IT IS HEREBY ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that p~lic interest and convenience require the making of the public improvements described in said proposed
Resolution of ~ntentfon above referred to, in the manner therein set forth, and that all of the lands included
within the assessment district described in said proposed Resolution of Intention will be benefitted by said
proposed public tmprovemeats, wherefore, this City Council h,reby gives its consent to the formation of the
assessment district described in said proposed Resolution of Intention, to the making oD th~improvement therein
described, and to the assumption of Jurisdiction by the City Council of the City of San Bruno, For all purposes.
in connection with the formation of said assessment district and the making of said improvement. The clerk ~f
· of this City Council is hereby directe& to transmi% a certified copy of this resolution to the City Council of
the City of San Bruno.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City
