RESOLUTION NO,. 1311
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that
certain used dated January 27, 19&8, in which South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a Corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of California, conveys to said city all that certain land situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California and described as follows, to-wit;
Parcel "A"
Containing 6.000 Acres
All that parcel of land situate in the County of San Mateo, State of Californis, and bounded by the
following described line:
BEGINNING at a point which bears S. 1°32'~6'' E. 25.0 feet and. N. 88°27'1~'' E. 7.29 feet from the South-
easterly corner of that 0.1~6 acre parcel of land acquired by Wildberg Brothers, a description of which was recorded
March 9, 1923 in Volume 66 of Official Records at page 381, San Mateo County Records.

South, Range 5 West, M.D.B. & M., acquired by South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, by deed, recorded
