attention of drivers, of automobiles along said freeway, while such auto~obiles are traveling at a high rate of
speed and will create traffic hazards;
RE~OLVEDby the City Council of,the City of South~an Francisco that said Council hereby protests
against the erection and emi~tealace of ~td billboards in the vicinity of ~aid freeway and requests that the
owners of land adJo~uxing said freeway~refuse, in the intender of public safe~y, to permit the~a land to be used
for the purposes of erecting andmaintel~gbillboards thereon.
