~VED that said City Council hereby reJecte all said proposals and bids, except those herein-
after mentioned, and hereby awards the c~&ct for the construction of a central fir~ station on the southerly
side of Baden Avenue, between Bayshore ~ and Linden Avenue, including general grading of entire site and
yard-developaent, to ~ Bros. in the amount of $1~3,~76.00 that h~Xng the total amount of the prices na~ed
in the bid of said Monsen Broa. Xn addition to the said fda of loney, said City of South San Francisco .~11 pay
to said M~neon Bros. the su~ of $1,~3~.?$, the a~ount of the preeciu~ on the bonde requ~re~.te be executed by ssi,
M~e~ Bros. to the said City of .Sout~ ~n Francisco.
Said City Council hereby awards the contract for the construction ,nd inetallation of all electri
wiring, as shown on Sheets ~-1~ E-2, E-~ of the drawings and Section 31 of the-Specifications, to Pacific Electr
and Mechanical Go., Inc., for the ~ of $23,955.00, that being the su~ of.the Revised bid of .~aid Pacific
Electrical and Mechanical Co.~ Inc. In addition to said su~ of ~oney, said City will pay to Pacific Electrical
and Mechanical Co., Inc., the stm of $239.55, the same being the amount of the premium on the bonds required to
executed to said City.
All ~aid work shall be done at the locatione shown upon the plans for said work and strictly in
accordance with thespians and epecificatione, for the same, w~ich plans and specifications are now on file in the
office of the City ~lerk .of ~aid City. All said w~rk and all-leaterials used in connection therewith shall be
furnished under the direction, and to the satisfaction, of WXlliaa Henry Rowe, the architect eaployed by said
City .of South San Francisco to design and supervise said work.
The contrast for said work shall be entered into and said work shall be performed in strict acco~
anco with the provisions of the notice invi~.ing, sealed pr~pe~s or bids for all enid work.
The Mayor of said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and 'directed, in the name of sai¢
City and under its seal, to execute the contract hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South ~an Prancieoo this first day of March, 1~, by the following vote:
