~ RE~-LVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city e~er into a license
agreement with the Southern Pacific Co. for the maintemaaee amd use of shelter shed located on the premises of said
Southern Pacific Coe~a~, at Baden,,in said City of.Sg~th San Francisco under which license agreement of said City will
pay to said Southern Pacific Co~panyFive D~llar~ a~d.no/lO0 ($5.~0) per year for the privilege of retaining such
shelter shed at said location.
The Mayor of said city amd the ~ity clerk are hereby directed to execute said license agreement in behalf
of said Oity of South $an Fra~cisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced a..d adopted by the City Council
of the City'Of South San Francisco this first day of March, 19~, by the following vote:
