UND~ I~OI~U~ION OF ll~rl~IOl~ No. 1126,
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of said city upon the property
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in resolution of intention No. 1126 'entitled~
"A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco declaring its intention to do certain
public improvement work in the City of South San Francisco in the subdivision known as Mayfair Village Map No. 2"
adopted by said City Council on July 1, 19~6;
TE~2~FORE, P~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be
and the same hereby is confirmed.
The Superintendent of ~treets of said City is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor who
performed the improvement work mentioned in said resolution of intention No. 1126, said assessment, to which
shall be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upoa said
assessment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 15th day of March 19~, by the following vote
Ayes, Councilmen G. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph SarA, Emilio Cortesi,
Noes, Councilmen Nine
