RESOLVED by the City Council of the .City of South San Francisco that said City enter into an
agreement with ~illiam Henry Rowe for architectural services in connection with the construction of a Police
Headquarters Building in said City, which agreement whall be in the form submitted by said ~illiam Henry Rowe
to said City on the 15th day of March, 1925 and shall bear: that date.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 15th day of March, 1928, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilman G. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Lac Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
