RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that said City hereby accepts that
certain deed wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Cempsny conveys to said City an easement for the
construction and maintenance of a sewer in and through all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California, and describe~ as follows:
A strip of land ten (10) feet in width lying five (5) feet on each side of the following described
Center line and extensions thereof.
COMMENCING at a point in the southerly boundary of the Drainage Canal right-of-way, said point being
distant along said southerly boundary north ?go 27' west 72.71 feet fnem .the intersection of said northerly boundary
with the westerly boundary of Linden Avenue; thence from said point of commencement south 67° 03' west 6&.26 feet;
thence north 7~° 27' west 500 feet; thence south 15° 33', west 20.00 feet to a point in the northerly boundary cf that
certain tract conveyed by the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Co., to the City of South San Francisco by
deed dated January 13, 19&7, which parcel is now known as South Maple Avenue, said point being distant north 7&o 27'
west 30 feet from the northeasterly corner of said South Maple Avenue:
The southwesterly end of said strip being a portion of above-mentioned northerly boundary of South Maple
Avenue, and the northeasterly end being a portion of the above-mentioned southerly boundary of Drainage Canal right-of-
way.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 15th day of March, 19A8, .by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G. W. Holston, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
