RESOLUTION NO. 1329
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City request that the War
Assets Administration reserve, in any conveyance of the Belair property, in said City, an easement, twenty (20)
feet in width in favor of the City of South San Francisco and the City of San Bruno, for the maintenance of the
- outfall sewer heretofore constructed by said Cityand now located in said la~d, which easement shall exist for
the period of ten (10) years from the first day of May, 19A8.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was rege~larly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 29th day of March, 19&8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Ohas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilman G. W. Holston
