WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, the public needs, public
advantage and public welfare will be served by exchanging the parcels of land hereinafter designated as Parc61 I, and
Parcel X! for the parcels of land hereinafter designated collectively as Parcel III, all which parcels of land are
situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California, and described as follows:
PARCEL I
Beginn_ing at a point which bears north 1~° 11' east, 350.09 feet from the intersection of the center-
line of Eucalyptus Avenue with the north line of Miller Avenue, as said avenues are shown on that certain map entitled,
"Map of South San francisco, Plat No. 1," recorded March 1, 1892, in Vol. 2 of Maps at page 52, San Marco County
Records; running thence north 9° L5' east 532.76'; thence south 89° 08' east 18.70 feet; thence on a curve to the right,
having a radius of 225.00 feet and a central angle of 19° 2L', a distance of 76.18 feet; thence tangent to said curve
south 69° LO' east 113.L3 feet; thence on a curve to the right, having a radius of~ 125.00 feet and a central angle of
106° 02', a distance of 231.33 f~et; thence tangent to said last curve south 36° 22' west 13.7L feet; thence on a curve
to the left, having a radius of 350.00 feet, and a central angle of 26° 12', a distance of 160.05 feet; thence tangent
to said last curve south 10° 10' west 71.18 feet; thence on a curve to the left, having a radius of &50.O0 feet, a
central angle of 16° 00' and whose chord bears south 2° 10' west 125.25 feet, a distance of 125.66 feet; thence north
7L° 27' west, 268.7L feet to the point of beginning; containing 3.335 acres, more or less;
PARCEL II
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of School Street said point being the most easterly
corner of South San Francisco Grammar School District 2.087 Acre Tract in the City of South San Francisco, County. of
San Marco, State of Califbrnia, running thence along the northerly boundary line of said 2.087 acre tract to the
most northerly corner thereof; thence north 31° 35' 2L" east 196.88 feet; thence north 31° LO' east 161.53 feet;
thence southeasterly on a curve with a radius of .1035.00 feet, 125.0L feet, the chord of said curve bearing south 67°
37' 05" east, 12L.96 feet; thence south 71° 05' east 4%.08 feet; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 365
feet, 283.06 feet, the chord of said last mentioned curve bears south L8° 52' east 276.0~ feet; thence south 26° 39'
east 21&.lO feet; thence south 58° &8' 18" west 32L.L5 feet to the point of beginning; containing ~.692 acres;
COMMENCING at a point which is north 31° 35' 23+" east 200 feet from the most southerly corner of a 10
foot right-of-way in Blook 6, as said right of way and block is delineated on that certain map entitled "Amended Map
of Hig.hwSchool Park Terrace, South San Francisco, California'', recorded January 2L, 19&7, at page L9 in Volume 26 of
Maps, San Marco County Records; t~ence from said point of commencement north 31° 35' 24" east 196.88 feet; thence north
31° LO' east 161.53 feet to a point; thence on the arc of a curve to the left of radius 1035 feet a distance of 125.05
feet, the tangent t~ said curve at said last mentioned point bearing south 6L° 89' LO" east, thence south 71° 05' east
~.08 feet; thence on the arc of a curve to the right of radius 365 feet a distance of 197.16 feet; said curve being

feet; thence on the arc of a curve to the right of radius 5LO feet a distance of 116.25 feet to the point of commencement,
said curve being tangent to said last mentioned course.

BEGINNING at a ~noint of the southerly line of Grand Avenue Extension in the City of South San Francisco,
said point being distant North 75° 2~ West 3LO.O0 feet from the intersection of the Westerly line of Ashton Avenue with the
Southerly line of Grand Avenue Extension running thence South 16° 17' 12" West 120.00 feet; thence north 75° 28' West
LO.O0 feet, north 16° 17' 12" East 120.00 feet to the Southerly line of Grand Avenue Extension; thence along said South-
erly line South 75° 28' East &O.O0 feet to the point of beginning known as Let 6 Grand Avenue Extension Subdivision No. 1.
BEGINNING at a point bearing south 33° 52' 56" East 26~.03 feet and north l&° 32' E. 270.65 feet from the
most Southerly corner of Lot 8 Block' 2, Map of RegliJ' Tract, filed April 7, 192L in Book 11 of Maps at page 63; running

at page 63, running thence from said poiht of beginning north l&° 32' East 270.65 feet; thence south 69° 15' east 326.25
feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of Ashton Avenue; thence South 53° 15' West on and along said Northwest line
cf Ashton Avenue 391.79 feet to a point where the Northwest boundary line of Ashton Avenue intersects the Northeast line
of Mission Road; thence North 33° 52' 56" West on and along the said Northeast line of Mission Road, 106.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing 1.L83 acres of t~nd.
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of Mission Road said point being the most 2

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City convey said
parcels I and II to the South San 'Francisco Unified School District in exchange for a deed to be executed by
s~id South San Francisco Unified School District, ~vhich deed shall be sufficient in form to convey to said City
a marketable title to the parcels of land designated as parcel III.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the deed hereby authorized.
I hereby certi~vthat the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 5th day of April, 19L8~ by the following
vote:
