RESOLVED by the City ~ouncil of the City of South San Francisco that, pursuant to the provisions
of the Municipal Corporation Bill of 1883, the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to draw warrents upon
the City Treasurer of said City for the purpose of drawing from the Anglo California National Bank all sums of
money belonging to said City, which maybe deposited with said bank, which warrants shall be ~ountersigned bY
the City Clerk of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Clerk deliver to the Anglo California National Bank a
certified copy of this resolution.
I ~ereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of April, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilman Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilman None
Absent, Councilman G. W. Holston'
